About MGA
Established in 2019 by Michael Graham, after successful spells coaching at Arsenal and Reading Development Centres plus other grassroots football organisations, Michael recognised their was need for professional youth coaching for children in deprived communities of Haringey and Enfield who cannot afford professional fees charged by established football centres, so with just a bag of balls, some borrowed equipment he set up MGA, charging modest affordable fees to cover cost of pitch hire, bibs, cones and other training equipment.
Today it is now MG ACADEMY a not-for-profit organisation, whose aim is to develop not only the football skills but personal development in young people, building confidence and social skills while providing an outlet for their stresses and anxieties.
For our efforts, we have been recognised and secured funding from Sport for England and the Football Association as a SSE FA Wildcat Centre, designed to inspire girls aged between 5-11 to be involved in the sport. We are also thankful for our sponsors and supporters and welcome all, whether it be a new player, sponsor or a supporter.
MGA practices the FA 4 Corner model coaching through a number of different football-specific sessions, girls only football, holiday camps, birthday parties and most importantly make it fun in all!
Whether your child is just looking for a fun time or want to develop their football skills and themselves further, then please join us at MGA.
